CLEVER MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE OFFERS A CONSTANT OVERVIEW OF MATERIAL.

The management software for all things that involve the BÖCKELT TOWER® sheet metal rack offers a constant overview throughout the entire enterprise and thus offers a high benefit for all departments. The individually configurable BÖCKELT TOWER® software ensures increased performance and clever support for the purchasing organisation. The sheet metal storage management software permits deposition of plant certificates and enables analysis of material movements. In addition, the management software offers export functions, chaotic warehousing is enabled and a stack terminal with weighing device can be integrated as an option.

INTELLIGENT TRANSPONDER SYSTEM CONSIDERABLY REDUCES MATERIAL SEARCH TIME.

Use of the BÖCKELT TOWER® transponder system minimises the time necessary to find materials and access the storage system. Through assignment of the items, e.g. metal sheets, profiles, pipes, to the cassette you are using – the position will be detected automatically and constantly updated by the system. In conjunction with the sheet metal storage management software Böckelt has developed an absolutely smart and optimal solution for item maintenance, i.e. stock maintenance. LEDS IN THE RACK AS ORIENTATION AIDS FOR THE FORKLIFT OPERATOR.

The transponder system is installed in the BÖCKELT TOWER® outside of the work area where it is protected. You can network any number of storage systems, even if they are physically separated from each other. If used in conjunction with the software, the transponder system will not only cause the rack software to indicate the position of the cassette containing the requested material, it will also highlight the position in the rack via LED, which enables the forklift operator to easily find it – pick-to-light principle.

SOPHISTICATED STORAGE SOLUTION MEETS SMART TECHNOLOGY.

Flashing sequences signal the target location of the highlighted cassette on the rack. Thu a material request by the machine operator or the work preparation organisation is possible. This can occur through entry of the required item number or also by scanning a barcode.

In addition the Böckelt software generates an internal logistics job which, for example can be output together with the other logistics jobs on a mobile or stationary display showing the priority; this provides a control of internal logistics processes. The software is easy to use. In general, it can be said that anyone who can handle your ERP software will definitely get along with our warehouse concept.

You can show and hide information, functions and features for each user. This way, everyone only sees what they need to see — and is not overwhelmed by the numerous options.

Your warehouse is visualized clearly and understandably in the software.

Several languages are spoken in my company. Can the warehouse concept still be used in a meaningful way?

The software can be used with up to 9 pre-installed languages, including German, English, Turkish or French.
